Did you send an official ACH revocation??? Tell them they could not withdraw any more funds??
Who did you speak with a chase??? A teller or telephone banker? Try talking to a branch manager and dispute the charge as unauthorized.

More importantly, along with sending a copy of the ACH revocation letter to the lender, did you give one to the bank as well?
This is usually what most people miss doing, at least in situations like this.

I guess that is where I messed up. I never sent the letter to chase. I havent for any of the other companies I have gotten out of. And even if I did do the ACH, they actually created a check and cleared it that was. It wasnt an ACH debit, it was a posted check that they drafted up.
My issue is I live in Florida but my account was opened in NY. So I am not sure if speaking to a manager in this state helps.
Also, I spoke with a fraud specialist through chase. She said they do not get between payday loans, but suggested I call them directly and deal with them today. Not sure what I say on the phone to fast efunds.

That's exactly why we tell you that the only sure way to protect yourself is to close the account.

The only possible thing you can do right now to recover the money is to sit down with your bank's branch manager and dispute the charges as unauthorized. Keep pushing the point. That is possibly the last option you have. You can also contact the CFPB and see what they have to say about this, would probably just ask you to file a complaint though.

You can file a stop payment and pay 35 dollars if you want to, otherwise you are not getting the money back. You already lost the ability to file a dispute claim for a free reversal.

You're going to need to dispute this with the bank as unauthorized. You will have to sign an affidavit of fraud.
Get this done ASAP. Go to a local branch.
And, close the account and get a new one opened before this happens again.
I very clearly state in the "how to" link that this is one of the tactics that illegal lenders use.

I don't know if that can be done at this point, he/she already spoke to a chase supervisor who probably noted the account that these are PDLs
Update
Spoke with Chase fraud and they credited the account back since it was a check that was presented not an ACH. They told me to close account and after a personal check clears, I will do so.
thanks again for all the advice. this is my final pdl settlement.
