So I revoked ACH's on my PDL's of course they did not stop and they bank said they could not do anything about ach on payday loans but I could put a stop payment on them but that would not work because they were sending thru any amoun they could to try and get money. So now my checking account has been charge off for 800.00 and this is overdraft fees only they never paid anything for me. So now Regions is coming after me for the money and i have explained to them until i am blue in the face that they can eat it because I had tried to get their help before it got ungly and they would not. So the collection lady at Regions tells me they have been instructed to not accept any stop payments or ACH revocations on payday loans I told her by REG E law they had to she told me to call the person at REG and to tell them how they are suppose to handle this. So what the heck should I do with these people.

I did I emailed all the PDLS and took a copy to the bank with me but that is when they said that they could not do anything about the PDLS after they talked to their home office, that I signed the loans and agreed to the terms of the loans and gave them access to my account to debit it. So my question was what is the difference of me doing a stop payment and an ACH it was doing the same thing not letting them have the money only they wanted me to pay for the stop payment and the ach was free. I think it all come down to money for them. So what should i do now go back to the branch and tell them to do the right thing or I will go over their heads?

Once you send an ACH revocation to a lender, any payment that goes thru is fraudulent and unauthorized. If you offered the bank a copy of the revocation and they refused it, they are in the wrong and are violated your rights under Reg E. I would suggest calling Regions fraud department. Your state attorney generals office would be the next call.
