I have sent my letters to the following ameriloan, Vip loan shop, Usfastcash and ideal gelt. I tried logging in to my ameriloan account and the usfastcash account it says they are due today. Just wondering if anyone else had gotten this.

All are illegal payday loan lenders. Have you paid back the principal amount to USFastCash and Ameriloan? If yes, then you don't need to make any more payments to them.

All of the above mentioned pdl companies are illegal in your state. You owe nothing more than the principal. No interest, no fees. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.

You just need to lay out the plan to them on how you wish to repay the principal - make sure it is something you can live with..When did you send the letter to them?

plain green is another tribal lender.hate to disagree with helpinaz, but you pay them what you can when you can.also only after they agree that is what you owe.since you just sent the email wait for their response before planning the next move.

Sorry, if my comment earlier confused anyone - "You just need to lay out the plan to them on how you wish to repay the principal - make sure it is something you can live with..When did you send the letter to them?" means just that - you pay them what you can when you can - you are the one in control - nothing more.. and since I didn't add here earlier - if they don't agree to your terms - They get NOTHING!!

that is about par for the course as illegals will either flag the account,or just shut you out entirely.now as for ideal get see who contacts you and what BS they come up with.just know that is not out of the ordinary.

Is that what your records show you owe? remember you are in control of how you pay it - what works for your budget.. And the fact that PG has your account flagged means that got your email that is a good sign - they will send you an offer in a few days and you will decide if it works - if not you will counter offer..

According to the BBB Idealgelt is not licensed to lend in all states. PA has issued a cease and desist against them. If they are not licensed in your state then all you owe is principal if you have not paid that. By all means stay off the phone with them. Keep sending emails or faxes or whatever to them that you have revoked ach with them and that you have notified your back of the revocation of ach too. Tell them to contact you via email or usps only. Ball is in your court now.

Don't worry - did you get even a generic response from them stating that you sent them the letters - some you may never hear from - Your money is safe in your bank account.. You could try faxing them the letters if you would feel better - that way you know they received or you could mail them CMRRR. If you need me to help you find contact info let me know I will..

Then don't worry at all - they got your letter revoking your ACH authorization and cancelling wage assignments - now it is just a waiting game.. with either Ameriloan or UsFastcash - do you still owe any principal or do they owe you? I know with PG - you owe them still some - like I have said before all in your court now - you tell them how and when you will pay -when and only when they agree to your terms and provide you with a mailing address then you pay via money order.. If they don't respond then they get nothing more and if they turn over to Collection then you C&D to collecting on a null and void loan..

You should have put both in the letters here is what I sent to GP's - info on ACH revocation and cancellation of wage assignment in bold - it was in the link sent to follow on steps:
"Great Plains Lending, Reference #XXXXXXXX It has come to my attention that this loan is illegal in my state, due the Small Loan Rate Cap of 36% per year in place in Arizona and not being licensed to do business in Arizona. Therefore, the loan contract that I have with you, according to my state’s laws, is not enforceable. I have contacted the Arizona Office of Financial Institutions and the Arizona State Attorney General’s Office regarding your internet loans and was informed they are indeed illegal in Arizona and was advised to pay what is due according to principle amount only of the loan. Although I am not legally required to do so, I am willing to repay the principal balance of this loan. To date, I received a deposit of $ 500 on (4/24/2012), and have had 9 bi-weekly withdrawals of $115.02 debited from my account. This results in an overpayment of $535.18. At this time I am requesting a return email acknowledging that my loan has been paid in full. Also, I would like a refund of the $535.18 overpayment. A refund check of $535.18 should be mailed to me at the address you have on file. I am also revoking authorization for ACH withdrawals and any wage assignment I may have signed. I have given a copy of these revocations to both my bank and my employer. Any future attempts to collect funds in this manner will be blocked. I demand that any contact be made through US Postal mail or email only. I will need everything in writing to keep accurate records of all communication as per instruction from my state Attorney General's Office. I prohibit you or your affiliates to contact me via telephone at my place of employment, my home or cell telephone number. I also prohibit you from calling my references listed on my loan. Please respond to this email with acknowledgment that my account has been satisfied in full. Details of when I can expect the refund check, as discussed above, should also be included in the email. "

If you need to edit your letters and resend - not a bad idea...

Dear J

We respect a consumer who researches the services to which he/she uses. With that being said when you applied for and agreed to the terms of the loan, it would have behooved you to read the complete contract you agreed to with Classic Group. You are a citizen of California, however the contract was not made in California. The contract was completed via the world wide web, the governing law (clearly outlined in your contract) which you agreed to by your legal e-signature are the laws of the jurisdiction in which the lender is located. When you agreed to the terms of the loan by electronically signing the document  on 2/12/2013, the terms clearly outlined how the loan works and what the finance charges were, yet you still accepted the loan.

That said, after reviewing the history on the account and due to the dispute, the lender has agreed to forgive the remaining balance and mark the account as paid in full. Settling the account in this way will mean the account will be marked as denied for any future approval. Please save this email as verification that the account with (lender name) has been settled and now has a $0 balance. Thank you.

Okra the response J got was more than likely due to the fact that they had paid well over principal and was more than likely owed a refund.. these illegal companies once they know that you know that they are illegal will fold quickly if you have already over paid - most will not issue refunds but they will send PIF's almost immediately.
