Two types of sign up forms are available with this site. Can you tell us which one did you use, the registration form or the community sign up form? Did you get any field in the form that asks for your telephone number?

Anyway, I think you should write to Vikas or Mike if you have any query regarding the service. See the contact us page to find out their contact info. Keep us updated on what is going on.

I signed up both ways. One for the community and the other was a registration form where I input my contact information, credit card balances, etc.
