Problems with Transunion Credit report

People can not say something and later say I did not say it-Roxette

It ask me if I had an auto loan with Chase in the past 5 years, which I haven't had. I answered the other questions and it went through. I didn't see a auto loan from Chase on the report though.

Does anyone have their customer service number?

I tried contacting that number and all I got was a recording. I tried the usual repetitious # sign, but then it hung up on me. What does a guy have to do to talk to a PERSON!!! Anyone know a number where you speak to a live person?

If you have a report number, you can call 800-916-8800. I have heard that this willget you a live person after you enter your report number. Keep us posted!!

When it asked me about a mortgage, I had an option to say "none of the above" or something along those lines since I have not had a mortgage. It went through - I think it's a tricky question because you think you have to know something about the mortgage when you haven't even had one. They are only trying to weed out the scammers.

I hated talking to them. Like Ehwin stated above, use the none the above option.

the questions are designed to catch someone trying to imitate you to gain access to your reports, I E trick questions. Only you would know the right answers, (regardless of how the questions are worded) .. If you never had a mortgage and they say you do, but give an option for none of the above, then thats your answer.
