I agree, I hear the people who come up with some membership offers. It seems that they will definitely sell the product by the time my call ends. It's not that easy to say straight 'NO' to sometimes unless you have a bad experience over something.

Not trying to goof off (well...Yes I am..lol) but just get her to go "huh?" gives you time to go, "Look, here is what I can do to take care of this." And if she still is out of line, hang up. Call back later. Keep BOTHERING her until she can't stand to hear your voice anymore..lol

Hey I got the same problem with Beneficial. They finally told T&C they will accept a electronic proposal. If they call today I'm going to tell the person when he says they haven't gotten the proposal yet I;m going to tell him "how do you know? you are in collections not the debt management office where the proposal is sent to!" then let's see what he says!! T&C told me not to make a payment to these guys.
