PERSON: Is Jessica in today?

ME: This is she.

PERSON: Jessica *last name*?

ME: Yes it is.

PERSON: This is *i forget the name* from ALPHA PROCESSING...I see you paid your loan off with us in January.

ME: I sure did!

PERSON: Would you like to reactivate that today?

ME: Is this a joke?

PERSON: Excuse me?

ME: OH! I thought you were telling me a joke, but you're SERIOUS! I'm so sorry...No, I don't want the loan.

They must be hurting for cash, now they're calling people out of the blue..lol


Guest....Just TAKE control...When she starts getting out of line, do something out of line...Sing a song, or ask a random question. (Do you ever feel like someone is *waatching* you?) Not trying to goof off (well...Yes I am..lol) but just get her to go "huh?" gives you time to go, "Look, here is what I can do to take care of this." And if she still is out of line, hang up. Call back later. Keep BOTHERING her until she can't stand to hear your voice anymore..lol

Hey I got the same problem with Beneficial. They finally told T&C they will accept a electronic proposal. If they call today I'm going to tell the person when he says they haven't gotten the proposal yet I;m going to tell him "how do you know? you are in collections not the debt management office where the proposal is sent to!" then let's see what he says!! T&C told me not to make a payment to these guys.
