They are registered in WI, and WI doesn't have a rate cap on payday loans. I would call the Dept of Financial Institutions to find out what the difference is between being licensed, and being registered. Make sure they are allowed to make loans.

yes that's them. thanks for the info. do you have a number for the financial intuitions? i believe there also licensed. because i found whereyou can look up that and it said yes and said there license #. what if a payday loan isn't licensed in your state? thank you again
