Sonic is now refunding most of the money that has been charged excessively on most of the consumer accounts. Some of our members have been able to get the refund from the company.

You have to file your complaints at the local law enforcement agencies as well as the BBB and the FTC. Numerous complaints have already been received against them and it seems that they are now stepping back.

Take the help of your bank and get all the details of the debits made by Sonic. You need to put them on dispute with the company so that verifications can be done in legal terms.

Payday2go - they are garnishing my paycheck for $611.00 - $200.00 of which they attached to my loan because of a default clause that states if I default they charge $200.00 but they also had a revokable clause for wage assignment - I still don't think this is legal - can I get my pay check back - and stop the garnishment - they have 5 more to go!

Did they go to court and get this judgement or are they doing this on their own?

Dduvall, the only way they can legally garnish your paycheck is through the court order. I think what they did was called wage assignment. Did your employer receive documents from the company? Your employer was supposed to notify you of the pending "wage assignment". You can revoke the wage assignment.

Sonic PayDay and its affilates are notorious for illegal wage assignments. Inform your employer immediately and put in a letter to revoke it.

Can somebody tell me quickly who this belongs to before I call them - they called me first thing this morning?

im getting called by them all the time at weird hours - never a message - telemarketers??

I looked at whocalled.us/lookup/ and saw it listed as wfnnb, CitiCard.

I also Tried 411.com and got:

They have been calling like clock work and not leaving any messages

Most of these are automated. They have this crazy system that continues to redial until you pick up. Most of the time it's an automated message telling you to call them.
I would give them a call and see what they want. Do you have an account with them?

They left me alone - they sent me a letter stating they are going to conisdered my loan close - it was a one liner - and they hope that this matter is resolved - you bet it is - thanks to everybody on this site - it took me 4 months - but I could scream when I saw that letter
