hey im back.. long time no see...

i just got a letter from my creditor saying they are not recieving payments from DCC! anyone else having this problem? i have money auto withdrawn from my account.. they told me if i miss another payment then im gonna get booted from the debt consolidation program and i will start from square one!!!

puchodog1977, forward the letter of your creditor to the consolidation company working with you. Call them and get the updates about your payments done so far. Please review the latest standing of your account and ask your consultant to resolve the matter.

hi Vikas. ummm you guys are handling my debt consolidation,lol. and i cant get through to any phone numbers nor is customer service replying to any of my emails. can you explain this to me? i told them to contact me by today the latest and havent received any word.. i had to self pay the credit company myself in order to not get booted from the program!

Hi puchodog

Please read your contract with the company who has been hired for your debt consolidation program. You need to call up the consultant who has been making the payments to your creditor and solve the problem with them.

i have no idea how to contact them, they do not send me anything nor do they contact me on a regular basis, how might i find their contact info? check with my bank? or can you send me the info? ps, i was not aware of the fact that you didnt accually do the program for me? and what kind of compensation does this bring you, for directing people to the debt consolidation company?

It brings the compensation that they are helping tons of people become debt free :) I think that would be compensation enough for me.

For example - I work for a non-profit arts presenting organization. The company does not profit at all, they just bring in Broadways for the fine people of this community and pays it's employees. It's nice to say you do that and don't get an "monetary" benefits from it. Just a feel good kind of thing :)

Sorry Puchodog, we do not do debt consolidation. Debt Consolidation Care is a community site that helps people overcome their debt problem. Community members have compiled the Ranking Chart section, a list of debt consolidation companies from all over the country. Once a person fills out the sign up form, we find out the most suitable company for him that goes with his needs (based on the community feedbacks about the company).

Then the company calls him up for the free counseling and here ends the involvement of Debt Consolidation Care. The person signs a contract with that company to enter into the consolidation program (either through fax or through postal services).

You must have signed a contract with a Debt Consolidation Company. Try to find out that paperwork, it will help you understand which company you have been dealing with and how to contact them. Then call them up and inquire why they stopped payments.

DebtCC never paid any money, please confirm with the creditors about previous payments. Please let us know if some help is required.
