What can you tell me about Counsel for debt solutions and John Leaberry?

I was on cds and entered the companies and the amounts of my debt. I followed the screens to where it allowed me to pick a payment date. It then went to the screen that was a I believe the engagement agreement screen. This is the screen where it gives you the definitions of each person in the agreement ie the attorney, servicing agent and the client. It also tells you about the John's flat fee, the monthly service charge etc. I did not like what I was reading because it did not seem like John was doing anything for the $888 dollars that he was going to be receiving. At the bottom of that page is the electronic signature that I did not sign but it will not allow me to cancel or get out of that screen. Am I going to be ok. Was there more items that needed to be filled out before the company could be begin getting any money out of me

Hi,
My name is Anna and i am with Tristar Law Center. I read your post and am trying to fully understand what you were trying to do online. For one, were you able to speak to a representative regarding your debt? Also, debt consolidation SHOULD NOT have a monthly fee/service charge. Those companies are out there just to get your money. That was very smart of you not to electronically sign because for all you know you couldve signed your life away. If you have the time I would love to talk to you. At Tristar Law Center we deal with debt consolidation and we have our own in-house lawyer. You would be able to handle your situation directly through me and not through a computer screen. Other risks of doing that is information sharing with second or third parties and even fraud. I left my email contact, if you would like to know more about debt consolidation I am definately the person. Also, I just want you to know that I am not here to rip you off or try to take your money. I just want to be able to provide a service for you and assist you with living debt free.

If this is the first place you came to find out info for CDS, you are already on the wrong track. First thing you need to do is check the BBB and not listen to other people's opinions, you need facts. Leaberry has an A rating and is accredited by the BBB. There is no company that will do ANYTHING for you without a fee....Anna your shameless plug isn't very shameless. Consumer Debt Solutions has the lowest in fees out of everyone I spoke to. Other companies are charging me 5 payments upfront before they will do anything. I am very happy with my decision to go with this company, they offered me a choice of two programs and made them fit my needs monthly. Don't let other people's opinions influence you, not even mine, do the research yourself!!!!

If CDS gave their clients IQ tests no one would ever complain, I like the guy that is knocking John Leaberry and was never a client of theirs, CDS is a company John Leaberry is the Atty, he is a corporate figure head, he does not represent any of us in court, I never spoke to the man and it's my understanding that their legal department handles stuff not John Leaberry. He does not have any dealings with clients directly he's just there to supervise and make sure everything goes ok.
I have never had an issue with them because I'm not a dumass, I pay attention to what is being said, I take notes and I follow instructions. I am almost done with my program and I would personally recomend this to anyone.

You have to handle your business, these people can help but you got to pay attention and do what they ask of you, it's the only way to get results.

don't do any business with this company the results are poor results and you can practically settle the debts on your own and even make the calls from collectors stop by sending them a cease and decease letter. I did business with them once and ended up getting a judgement by citibank, I cancel with CDS and decided to just settle my own debts. There was a post in here once about John Leaberry and his involvement in governor Arch Moore Jr investigation and a poster accused that poster of not being truthful about John. Well if you do an internet search about Arch Moor Jr and John Leaberry you will learn about his checkered past. Here is one
