what are you going to do if your uncle leaves you nothing? have you thought about that. it doesn't seem as though you've thought things out throughly. How about creating a realistic buget first with funds that you do have and not count on things that you are 100% sure about. Once you've done that prioritize what bill you can pay off first. if you honestly believe will hurt you, report them to the police, get a restraining order. it's not a crime if you aren't to pay back a loan you took out.

What is the company name? Are the people you took a loan out with even a company? I agree with brown eye, don't count on money you don't have, and if you feel threatened by all means get the police involved!

Ok Jerseykid, I'm going to take the risk of sounding like a real witch right now.

#1. I am still really upset about your uncle. My uncle used to get on me all the time about mismanaging my money (And he still does any time I go buy anything that's not necessary) but it's because he loves me. You should be thankful that he cares enough to want better for you.

2.) Take his advice and find employment.

3.) As far as getting these guys off your back, you're probably going to need to talk to your family/friends and see if they can help you. Otherwise, you'll just have to face the consequences of your actions. Governement grants can take years to come through.

But most importantly, find a job and stay out of trouble.

What ever you do, don't get any more loans to try and pay off the ones you already have. If you do that, you'll just be digging yourself in deeper.

How much are the loans for? When is the due date?

If you're really desperate you could try selling things you don't need (t.v.s, radios....). You also should get a job, asap, even if it's something you hate, just to have some kind of income coming in.

Uncle Anthony died suddenly from a clot and my ma was right, he left me a big chunck, almost 7 thousand. im the happiest 19 year old kid in New Jersey. after I pay off these notes, i got enough left to really do somethin over at Atlantic city.
