I am trying to get an address or fax number for these two companies. I have defaulted on both and would like a statement of my accounts to see if I have over-paid. I went to CTC website for contact information, but never heard back. I can't find anything on Geneva Roth. This company was taking $90 a pop from my account, but there was no contact information (at least that is what my bank said). I'm guessing Geneva Roth is a parent company for one of my PDLs, but which one?? Does anyone have any info on these two??

Be aware that Cash Transfer Centers is affiliated with Sonic Payday. They are not licensed to do business in US. Earlier, they came under legal troubles in Canada and have been thrown out from there. You need to be very cautious if you have a loan with them.

Cash Transfer Centers is Sonic. They think they are above the law when it comes to collecting defaulted payday loans. They will try to enforce a digitally signed wage assignment, harass you on the phone and at your job. Like Justme stated above they are not licensed i the United States anywhere. Some of us have actually got them to admit this. If you haven't revoked the wage assignment, do it immediately. Then send it certified mail with return receipt and it might not hurt to give a copy of the revocation to your employer. They have violated many laws and continue to do so. They have to go by the laws in your state, not the laws of Ireland.
