ASG just called my work, and talked to someone else named Rachel. I guess they don't confirm who they are talking to cause the other Rachel just called to let me know she had them on the phone and that they were a debt collector for target and she didn't know if i wanted to talk to them or not. I told her to send them to me, and i promply hung up. I looked up target and i can still make payments through them, so I am going to call ASG when I get home from work and tell them that. How do you think that'll go?

Rachel

Be very specific in writing the cease and desist letter. Mention your point clearly so that they don't hold it against you. Give the CA some room to contact you through mail only so that you are aware about their activities. In case, they file any type of actions, they will not inform you because they will mention that you refused to be contacted by sending a cease and desist letter.
