There is a list of the PDL's that I have out there and am in the middle of doing everything with T & C but wanted Feedback on how these companies where to work a payment plan with once you sign on with T & C or otherwise,

Mycashnow

GFSIL

ameriloan

GECC- they already sent me an email about the laws here and that they are in DE

Just wanted to know what I might be up for when dealing with these

thanks all

I have ameriloan in my consolidation program and I had no problems with them. They haven't even tried to call me, I called them. When I defaulted on my loans a proposal was immediatly sent out and they are accepting my payments.

MYCASHNOW was a pain to deal and would not accept my proposal and I went back and forth with them many days. After about a month of calls and emails I was tired of them. I just broke down and said look, I can't pay you in full but I will divide the total between two or three months as long as you don't add anymore fees and offer me a settlement price. I was trying to get them to take away the returned item fees and what not. They split my balance in half and I paid them off in two months.

That is pretty fair I did close the checking account so they wont be able to debit anymore money and I figure I will work with them or try to
The other one GFSIL is in the United Kingdom I dont have an address for them or anything just a phone number and you leave a message and hope that someone calls you back I did email then to tell them that the account is closed and we shall see!
Wish me luck

I borrowed 610 from Mycashnow and have only paid fees so far

txtreasure,
I totally know how you feel, I have 6 PDL's in consolidation right now and I'm getting ready to add 5 more. I can't believe I was so stupid in getting these and I think about all the fees I had paid towards them. I can't wait to get these paid off through the program. I work two jobs and make a nice amount of money and it's going towards these stupid things. I got myself in a bind before picking up a second job and I've been at it ever since.

I have the four of them and they did come in handy with medical bills and scripts
ameriloan 300
Mycashnow 610
GFISIL 200
GECC 300
I have paid out already just in fees and roll overs
half of what I originally took out! Ugggggh

I will hope that they will work with T & C once I wire the fees to them

All of the ones that accepted my proposals from my credit counselor have not called me. You may have a few call you that don't want to accept your proposals. Sometimes it takes a few trys and conversations before they will accept and some just won't accept at all. Some of the companys require a income and budget sheet from you credit counselor to prove that you can't afford to pay in full.

wedwards,
Who do you have loans with?

If you are talking about CashNet500 the address is

Cash Net 500 Financial
PO BOx 572037
Murray, UT 84157
Phone: 1-800-654-7444

United Cash Loans
3531 P Street NW
PO Box 111
Miami, OK 74355

I have United in my conolidation program and they gave me know problems.

I will be defaulting on Cash Net this Friday so we will see how they act.

I'm not sure about Sonic cash but you can do a search on this website and I'm sure there is some info on them.

I had mycashnow on my consolidation program with T & C. They never accepted the proposal from them but they did cash the checks. When they cashed the checks, they agreed to the proposal amount and payments as far as we were concerned. I no longer have them on my consolidation program nor am I with T & C anymore. I have paid them so much in finance charges that I decided the loan was paid in full and sent them this information via fax and certified mail. Do not use the NY address though. Also, I only received a couple of collection notices in the beginining via e-mail and the CA never responded back to my validation request. They have never phoned me so they weren't too bad to deal with. I know others have had problems with them.

how much did you owe and how much did you end up paying total. and did you leave t & c because they didn't help or because you are all paid up - were they helpful.

txtreasure,

I had GECC on my consolidation program with T & C and they were not easy to deal with in my situation, at least not for a couple of months. They had received a payment or two from T &C on my behalf and then turned me over to a CA. I had better luck with dealing with the CA after they kept lopping on outrageous finance and rollover fees. I was finally able to settle with GECC though. I would check to see if they are licensed in your state to loan money. If you have anymore questions, feel free to pm me. I am quite knowledgable on this company.

webwards,

I was with T &C for a few months but I had better luck settling my pdl debts on my own because I had severely overpaid the majority of them. I spent several hours/days researching this topic and it came in very handy for me. Others have done the same on the forum. It does take some time for them to set up your account and to send the proposal letters to the creditors. I think they are busier now more than ever thanks to the forum members. They were very helpful in my case. How many lenders do you have to pay back? I don't know what I would have done in the beginning without them. :)

What do I do to get into debt consolidation with payday loans? I am in over my head and have approximately half my paycheck coming out Friday in fees only. Need help ASAP!

I registered with this site and the same day somebody contacted me and said they were able to assist with my Payday loans. I have 5 loans that have fees due to hit this Friday and I have placed a debit block on my account. I have prepared letters to my PDL's and I will be sending them certified mail tomorrow explaining my situation and to inform that I have every intention on paying them and that they will be receiving a proposal from my credit counselor.
Vickie, Who do you have PDL's with?

I didn't close my account, the manager was able to put a hard hold on my account blocking debits of any kind from hitting my account and this did not cost me anything. I still have my second jobs paycheck going into the account but she said we can wait a few days after the Fees have been sent back and then she can lift the hard hold long enough for me to transfer the money to my other account and then put the hold right back on. I'm going to leave the hold on for about a month until I get these letters sent out certified revoking any debit authorizations and informing them of the proposals they are about to receive from my credit counselor.

My counselor told me to immdiatly close my account or block the debits. I to was nervous about what was going to happen, but I put in my letters that I can only be contacted by email or phone and I gave them my cell phone number. Most of them communicated back to me by email. I have dealt with a couple of them that you have listed. The counselors are not going to call your PDL's they just send out the proposals after you give them the info.

Payday ok, did not call me...they sent me emails and accepted my proposal from the credit counselor with no hesitation. I believe Payday Select is affiliated with Payday Ok so you shouldn't have a problem there either.

Instant Payday emailed me and when it was sent to collections, the guy did contact me but he was very nice and I told him I could not receive phone calls at work and gave him my cell phone number. They also accepted the proposal from my credit counselor.

Cash Net I'm getting ready to default on so I'm not sure about them yet.

If you put in a search for all your payday loans you will find information about each company and the outcome of what others have had to deal with.

Good luck and I hope somebody calls you soon.

eamuscatuli, contact Gfsil at 800-865-3704. Their fax number is 877-280-2330 / 877-280-3359. Tell them that you want to send your payments and will like to know their address. Go through these links for some more information about GFSIL

Someone please help!!! GFSIL "agreed" to settle my account for the original $200, if I send a Cashier's Check postmarked for 9/1 and fax them a copy of the payment. I asked for an e-mail to confirm this and they agreed. I came home from work, checked my email, and lo and behold, there was the email stating that my account will be paid in full with a $200 payment on 9/1. But the last sentence states, "We are setting up payments to debit your Account by ACH for the amounts and dates you have specified." I called to explain that this was supposed to be paid by Cashier's Check and they replied "Yes, you're right. It must've just been an error when they sent the email. I asked for a corrected email, and they agreed." I never received one. I've since called four times and was told the same thing every time but I never got another email. The last time I called, I called from work where my phone calls are recorded (I think). The lady was telling me about the settlement of $200 by Cashier's Check... yadda yadda yadda. I asked her if it was OK to record the phone call. She immediately transferred me to the guy I talked to yesterday who tried to weasel out and say that $200 would not satisfy the account. I insisted this was the agreement made yesterday and that I had an email (albeit slightly incorrect) that proved it. He put me on hold, and came back and said, "Yes, $200 by Sept. 1st" and I said, "Will pay this in full?" And he replied, "yes." I once again asked for another email, he read my email address to me and said they would send that out "right away". But alas, no email has been received as of yet. Please let me know if there's anything I can do? I plan on sending a letter with my payment stipulating cashing of the $200 Cashier's Check meets satisfaction of the debt and that I will owe no more money. But I'm so terrified of these people. I can't keep pumping money to them, just because I can't get them to send me an accurate email. I'm sure that's not a coincidence. I'm so stupid for doing this and at this point, I really don't see a way out. Does anyone have any advice? I'm actually physically sick I'm so stressed about these loans. I can't work, I can't eat, I can't even spend time with my family without incessantly worrying about what I'm going to do, and how they are working me over? Someone, anyone, anything you can tell me would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi eamuscatuli

Keep calling them until they send you an email with correct information. You still have few more days in hand. Frame your proposal letter in such a way that your part is clearly explained and they sign for it. Send the letter through certified mail so that the green receipt will act as proof. You will have to fix this problem by calling them only and get the mail with proper information.

I really don't think I'm going to get an email from them with the correct information. I've called repeatedly and every time the information gets progressively worse, as this last time I was told that the $200 would not actually close the account as they had previously told me. Do you think just sending the letter with the payment is enough? Making a statement that if the deposit is cashed it is saying that they have accepted this as payment in full and if not, they must send back the payment?
