Just got off the phone with Apple Fast Cash they have sent me a certified letter stating that my account is PAID IN FULL yeah. I did ask for a refund, I have paid $1500 on a $400 loan. Don't know if I am getting that or not but at least paid in full is a step forward......

I actually faxed the letters in to the companies and requested that they send me an actual letter in the mail stating my account was paid in full, as well as requiring an email response within 24 hours. One of the places responded in email within 2 hours, the other one sent me an email that I got this morning.

This is good news that the lenders are now marking the accounts as 'paid'. Stick to your moves and get everything in writing. Make sure that you get this done before paying excessive charges. JJ said correct! Getting refunds will be like an additional bonus.
