I've faxed and emailed and certified mailed tehm (and oneclickcash, and united cash loans...) a letter revoking permission to debit my checking account. I haven't heard back from any of them, but I did wake up this morning to discover that oneclickcash and united cash loans debited my account this morning. That's actually good news, because now my bank is not impressed and will return the charges and not allow them to charge me ever again.

So you worked out a payment arrangement with them? Are you working with T&C or another company or doing it yourself?

I am actually set up with a local non for profit company and I have ameriloan, United Cash Loans and Onestepcash all involved in my program. Ameriloan and United Cash loans never contacted me. I contacted them and asked for addresses. They must have accepted my proposals because they have received two payments so far and the counselor said the checks were cashed. OneStepCash kept emailing me, but they are cashing the checks as well. The last email they sent was informing me they were sending me to collections and that was at the end of May.

I'm sorry but this is going to sound mean. I think that the only way to get them to stop debiting your bank account is to CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. If you think for one minute that they will do one thing you ask you are nuts! They do what they want, when they want, how they want. They are not licensed in many if any states and do not comply with laws. I think your (debt) counselor will tell you that if they cash the checks that are being sent to them then they have accepted payment even if they don't accept a proposal.

I don't mean to sound like a *itch but please research this forum and you will find all this information in previous posts. If you feel like you are being ignored and no one is helping you it's because all the things you are discussing have been talked about over and over and over again. Please search the forum before making redundant posts. We do want to help and are here to help but it gets very frustrating when the same questions are asked over and over. Like I said I don't mean to sound like a *itch but I'm sure I do. We enjoy all being here and I'm sorry I sound so harsh.

txtreasure,

Now that I think about it, I did have one company that accepted a payment and then sent me to collections. The second payment was just sent to them when I received the call from the collection agency. If that happens you want to make sure that the balance the CA has reflects the payments that were made. That's actually what I'm battleing right now.

Sue,

You have a point there, I know when I came across this site I was in a huge state of panick and wanted answers immediatly. I think it took me ahile to actually learn my way around the website and discover all the different forums and she way to search. As you can see the people who have posted here are new. So we'll get there.

Yes

GECC is also known as Cash Direct Express ( out of DE)

and the other one is Global Financial( out of England)

GFSIL is the one that I cant find anything on but a phone number in my emails and they wont give me the address The loan with them was 200 I have paid them 155 to date Just want to fight the interest is all I will pay them what I rightfully owe them But just like another member here you cant hardly understand a word they say!
