Payday loan accounts cannot be removed before 5 years from the Teletrack report. The only way to get the item removed is if you dispute the accuracy. Check the report and see if it is correct by all means.

I have been trying to reach Cash Transfer Centers to fax my lett
I have been trying to reach Cash Transfer Centers to fax my letter to them, but all I could come up with is an address in Oaks, PA. So I had to mail it. The calls I have been receiving come from Quebec, Ontario,British Columbia and so forth. There is one that comes up private too. Anyone have a fax number for them?

I will suggest you to let Cash Transfer Center contact you first. They are not licensed in your state. Besides the charges done by them are also illegal. You need to verify your loan statement before sending out any payments.

Thank you for this info. They have already contacted me, but wouldn't give me any information on how to contact the parent company. They were rude and nasty to the point I told them my calls are being recorded and they slammed the phone down. I know they should owe me a refund and I want to fax my letter that I got from this forum that seems to be working for some of the PDLs that have responded. Has anyone gotten a refund or paid in full from this company??
