I had a loan with quik payday and they all of the sudden took the entire amount i owed them plus interest from my checking account without notice and their website was gone. Now i see they were sued and fined, that was about the time they debited my account for the balance i owed. i dont suppose it is at all possible to get any of the money back that i paid in excess interest fees from having the loan rolled over and over for several months? Who would i contact about this?

Like Justme said, I would contact your bank & dispute the draw from your acct. Did you authorize that whole amt coming out when they pulled it? I was successful in getting a refund from them, but I DID close my bank acct so they could no longer take any money from me.
