I had a loan with quik payday and they all of the sudden took the entire amount i owed them plus interest from my checking account without notice and their website was gone. Now i see they were sued and fined, that was about the time they debited my account for the balance i owed. i dont suppose it is at all possible to get any of the money back that i paid in excess interest fees from having the loan rolled over and over for several months? Who would i contact about this?

It will be good if you can consult an attorney. A legal touch will help in getting the excessive amount done towards the loan account. Before taking this step, take the help of your bank and dispute the debits done by the company. They might be having the information about the company and help in reverting the excess amount. Keep the documents in safe place as it will help you in filing a case if required. Some people have been successful in getting a refund from them.
