I am interested in hearing about the experiences of anyne who has dealt with United Cash Loans, or Pinion Management for that matter. UCL has been horrible to me and I am curious to know if that is their usual way of doing things.

They are one of the most irresponsible online pdl company I have ever dealt with. They steal your money, lie and intimidate. They make you think they are above the law and break every law in regards to deferred presentment. They are not licensed in any state to lend money. They are under investigation in several states and they give false addresses to send money to. They are connected with Rio Resources. They use Pinion Management as inhouse collections or at least they used to. I am sure there will be other people along to give you more insight to United Cash Loans.

I haven't found anything good on them. So Pinions their collections company? It's so convoluted and surely they operate under so many names to keep from being traced. If they are not licensed to operate in any state, how are they doing it? Does the Internet provide a blurred jurisdictional line? If they aren't licensed in MO, can I use that to get them off my back? Have you had loans with them? How did you deal with them?

I had an account with United Cash loans about six months back for $350. I started having problems with them when they continually started deducting $150 from my checking account without my authorization. I informed my bank not to allow their debits. I was all unaware about it until I tried to contact them through their website and found that it was unavailable. Their phone numbers didn't work. We have to take some actions against them because this is morally wrong business and they are trying to take advantage of innocent and struggling people. Their injustice needs to be stopped. I read several other complaints against them in this forum. Here are the topics of discussion about them.

I hear you all and second you. Did you file your complaints against such scammers at the local BBB's office or the state attorney general's office. These illegal activities need to be reported at the earliest so that people intending to do business with them are aware about it. It takes a long time to come out of the trap. The FTC will also be a good place to submit your complaints so that circulars about the illegal activities of the companies are published online. Get started and fill up this form.

I'm feeling pretty grumpy about them too. I finally got tired of them debiting my account constantly so I revoked authorization and closed my account. They owe me quite a bit in interest overages, but they refuse to pay. I finally told them they had until today to let me know when they'd be issuing a refund check. They haven't contacted me so I'm filing a complaint with my attorney general's office tomorrow morning.

Good luck!

Another place I found to be of great help when dealing with United Cash Loans was the Consumer Protection in Reno, Nevada. That was when they were supposedly in Carson City, Nevada. I received alot of help from an investigator named David. But, now United Cash Loans is giving their address in Miami, OK. Might not hurt to file complaints with the COnsumer Protection in Oklahoma.

I had problems with them last month and revoked their debit authority, so this month they processed a 'check' demand and took out more than I owed, and tried it again only two days later. I guess they are trying to make up for the funds others are demanding back. I will be filing complaints at all your suggested places and my state attorney. It isn't much real help, but it is nice to know there are others going through the same thing and there may be a way to stop these unscrupulous people.

Are you reading the terms and conds when you apply for these loans? most of them automatically renew your loan unless otherwise notified. I know they schedule your due dates by your paydates and continue to debit until it is paid off.

Easy solution:
dont take out an online loan. you dont know the company unless you have done some investigation.
Dont put your personal information somewhere over the internet. Do you know how easily it is to be stolen?
Pay off the loan if you have to get it asap!
