I have this fear that what I listed with T & C is what I feel that I owe them which is the balnce that I borrowed NO more fees! But afraid of what they will actually say I owe them

They must prove that the amount paid by you has piled towards the interests only and not towards the principal amount. I think your consolidation company can also place the same request to your lenders and get the latest statement.

Let's say, it sums up to $75 (including the roll overs and extensions if any). Now, you need to review how much you have paid towards the account. Anything paid beyond $275 needs to be refunded by the company. If they ask you for an amount that you owe, it must be in writing and you need to verify it.
