It seems that you are having issues with CIC like many others discussing in the thread below. Check this out.

You searched for CIC and landed in this website. You will have to contact them directly and explain your problems. This website is not affiliated with them.

Why is this company taking money from my site. I have no knowledge of applying to this at all. What is this CIC TripleAdvantage thing for anyway? I also want my money refunded back into my account!

I looked on "the Google" real fast:

CIC Triple Advantage is something you sign up for when you go to freecreditreport.com. It is some kind of credit monitoring service. And if you ask me, it is bad news and a total waste of money. You can cancel the service by calling 1-877-481-6826.

Now, if you TRUELY want the free copy of your report without signing up for anything you will need to cancel, go to annualcreditreport.com. That is where you can get your credit report from each of the big three once per year without accidentally signing up for anything.

Good Evening Gentlemen.

How Are You?

All your base are belong to us.

Thanks, thought it was Freecreditreport.com that was behind it. Like their billing name...real easy to connect with the culprit. They did help me realize that my identity was stolen...but it ended up costing me like $72 =-P Ultimately my own fault, but pretty shady.

Call them and demand they cancel your account. They will try to convince you to stay but stick to your guns and they will eventually cancel your subscription. I just got off the phone with them and i did recieve a confirmation email too. They are very shady and deceptive.

Call them at 877-481-6825 to cancel your membership and demand a refund. You have to press very hard and repeat over and over that you require a cancellation and a refund or you are going to report them for fraud. After you say it enough times, they will put you on hold for a moment and then come back and tell you they will refund your charges and cancel your account (I caught this after only one monthly charge, not sure what to tell you if you didn't notice for several months).

Be sure to get the name and employee ID number, in addition to a confirmation number before hanging up. And be sure to check back on your credit card every day until the charges are refunded.

Thank You for your "cancel" information. I have tried, without success, to find their contact information so I could stop their monthly charges. I too did not knowingly subscribe to their sercice. I got them to refund one of the monthly charges but they refuse to refund the rest.

According to the Federal Trade Commission, "the only authorized source for free annual credit reports under federal law is AnnualCreditReport.com".

Not to mention, the FTC wants to hear from you if you paid for what you thought was your free annual credit report (scroll down for the link to file a Complaint).

Always read the fine print when you sign up for anything....
