Talked to T & C today and they have heard back from 4 of my creditors 3 of the fours so far that have responded accepted the proposal but HSBC did not Wondering what will happen with that one now will T & C negotiate this with them since they want more money a month? I was also told by another DC that Capital one Would decrease the interest to 0 when you are in Dc but yet they will only reduce it to 15% But hey that is better than nothing at this rate!
Another note they have not heard from any of the PDL's I did tell T & C that I sent them that letter about the laws here in this state of Tx and T & C told me that more than likely they wont contact me after that and they have not contacted T & C or replied to the letter that T & C sent them, So now what do I do about them they are not calling as I know of I have had a couple of calls but I put them through to my voicemail and they left no phone number or message I guess thatis so I cant use it against them if they are rude etc I dont know what to think of that,

Praying that all my other creditors will go along with the proposal's

Any other suggestions are more than welcome
And the CMRRR that I sent to my cash now came back to me in the mail the PO. Box is closed

HSBC will call you back if they want to get their money back. Since you are showing them your payment efforts, they might also fear about the debt running out of the SOL period. HSBC has been hard on most of the people and they will take the matter to the court as it happened in my case. But I was sure to complete my documentation with them to prove that I was never ignoring the debt. Finally, they withdrew the case and accepted my payment terms. I can expect the same for you too.

The copies of the payment proposals sent by you or your debt management company matters if it takes a court appearance. You need to have everything in writing because that's what help me staying away from the court. HSBC had every reason to take me to the court (they say) but the judge would not have ignored my payment plans too. I was always trying to extend my offers and wished that they should accept it. Guess, this had been the reason I didn't reach that far. The DC company should negotiate hard with your credit company as you have hired them for the services. If you don't get any output from them, you can shop for some other company.

Look in your area if there are any reputed consolidation companies. When you shop for the company, ask him at the very beginning if they have helped people with HSBC accounts. If you request them to show their profiles while dealing with HSBC, it helps you. Did you see the ranking chart here? You can pick the companies working in your area.

I paid t & c 3 weeks ago the retainer fee and sent my first payment to them last week, but with the store payday loans, they called and left a message to come and make a payment and with the online ones they have emailed me to remind me to make a payment... what do I do and is it normal that they are calling me. Also i called t & c and they were too busy to take my call, they took a message and said they would call back, but I am nervous as to what I say to these companies about the pdls because this will be my first missed payment to any of them and I also closed my checking account please help about what to do

I keep calling t & c because the creditors are calling and they keep telling me that they will have a rep call me back. I have paid them money and am concerned because its three weeks. today I called them again and this time the receptionist hung up the phone on me because I asked to speak to a supervisor, is t & c really going to help or has my money gone to nothing.

So far I have not had trouble with T & C sometimes the wait is a bit long but atleast they do answer my questions, Just tody I called to see how many of my creditors have replied or accepted the propasal's and HSBC was the only one that wanted $5 more a month and for them to agree with that then I am ok with that

I owe I think like 1100 with HSCB, Most of my creditors that call me I have given them T & C 's number and they have been pretty good about it in that I make it known to them upfront my financial situation due to medical issues and I dont want to result to filing Chapter 7 or something and that I want to make sure they get paid what I owe them So far so good

No word from any of the PDL though even after sending them a letter and no word to the DC company either
I will wait till the end of the month and request a statement of my account each month from T & C so that I can see who they paid and how much etc and make sure payments are being sent on time etc

It does take a while with t & c and I am hoping that it will get done. I have received numerous emails today from Sonic Cash telling me that they have had t & c contact them for other people so I know that t & c does try, but they said that they do not accept and never have accepted the proposal that t & c offers. has anyone else had any experience with Sonic Cash to where Sonic has accepted the proposals?

I had a problem with sonic and was unable to pay. The gentleman that answered the phone was willing to work with me and even reversed a fee. I have since paid them in full and resolve to never get another PDL again.

Good luck to you, wedwards. Pull yourself out of Sonic as early as possible. Debtcc points can be redeemed into cash but you can do that after 1000 points in your account i.e.. $10. Read this page for more info. You can put this money for good use.
