CTC collections tatics Help Please/Nightmare

I got a phone call actually Monday from them as I had to default on the PDL, I am adding them to my T & C but at the current time had not been able to do that, But I got a call from them Monday and they are the RUDEST I have ever, I explained that I could not make the full payment and needed to work something out to pay them back as I dont have a bank account any longer, Well they called me back today and left me the message that they have called me 4 times and that If I didnt call them back I was ignoring this debt, So of course I called them back as I am wanting to work something out with them and that is what I told them Monday, I was informed and yelled at today that I couldnt wait to pay them when I got paid since they had my pay dates incorrect since my employer changed our pay cycle, I offered to send them some money and was told no I couldnt do that I got so frustrated at this Rhonda Jones that I was flat out telling her what I could do and she hung up on me, I need the address to this company as when I did the PDL they told me they were out of Canada and I know so many are grouped with one another, Any advice would be greatly appreciated, What can they do what will they do? They told me they are reporting me to telecheck, well that is not good as that will effect my check writing ability, I need help here Please


CTC is the worst company to deal with. Did you really take a loan from them? You should have done some research in the past and avoid these situations. Anyways, this thing was in destiny. Now, you have to stand strong and do your part of homework. Firstly, all communication should be responded in writing. Keep a follow up over the phone but writing proof is a must. relax..This is an internet lender, correct? Well, then you didn't write them a check, you only authorized an ACH deposit and withdrawels, so they can't report you to telecheck. They may report you to teletrax, but most banks and businesses don't even look at that, that's mainly a sub-prime lending thing.
And, they can't garnish you.

The most these people usually do is harass you with constant phone calls. A cease and desist letter can help there. Send it by certified mail, return receipt sent to you...Keep pushing those payment arrangements on them..Remember, Rhonda Jones is not the only employee there, the next time you call you might get someone nice!

The mail comes back with a failure delivery on that address. CTC cheats and knows how to misguide people. What are the legal authorities doing after receiving so many complaints against CTC? They are there to protect our consumer rights?? Theoretically, it sounds nice but practically, it's a different story. Because we see such companies still on Earth???

I will try to find the address here in the morning to send that letter to them about payment arrangements Rhonda Jones Threatened my family and friends with harrassment etc. That is when i had enough but she ended up hanging up on me, So I will also find out where I need to file a complaint against them in Canada also, Thanks all for the input and advice, I WILL NEVER DO TAKE A PAY DAY LOAN AGAIN!!!
The others I have are ok with working with T & C and some even took off the fees so I paid the correct interest etc.
I will send the mail certified Once I find the address here THanks Guys
