Is it possible to settle my payday loans? I have few payday loans that I took online. Now the lenders are calling me all day and night (sometimes). Actually I did not have fund in my checking account on last pay date. They want the full amount or they will issue another loan. I donot want a new loan. Can you help me settle the loans?

Also I have about $2K credit card debt. Can I settle it together?

You can settle them together. Ask the other forum members about T & C from everything I've read the're really good. :D

One other question for you; What state do you live in because payday loan are illegal in several states? :)

Hi Dave

The consultant will negotiate with your payday lenders and work out payment arrangements for you. It will be better to send some money towards the account so that no actions are taken against you. No matter, if they are insisting for the full amount but if you keep sending what you can afford, you will be placed in a comfortable side.

I will suggest you not to keep your bank info with the lenders. If they have the access, they will take out money from the account or issue a new loan. Open a new account and do not give the details to anyone. Send your money to the lenders through certified mail. You will have proof of them receiving the money.
