Does anybody have any info on this company arrow financial services I got behind on a HSBC letter and got this letter from Arrow Finanacial Services wanting me to pay the full amount I don't have the full amount. Any suggestions? Help please.

Has the company(Arrow Financial Services) validated your debt account with the HSBC? The letter should clearly explain that they have been authorized by HSBC to further collect the account from you. Also, the principal amount and the interest charges should be clearly explained to you.

Review the account properly before you send your payment. The companies can insist you to send the full amount. I know that you are having problems in paying the full amount. You should make partial payments towards the account and have a proof of these payments. It is very important that you are showing some payment towards the debt rather than paying nothing. Send your proposal to the company along with the advance money. Send it through certified mail with return receipt requested. No actions can be taken against you as long as you are taking care of the matter.

Read these topics for information on arrow financial services.

These people keep calling me and leaving me a message..
Who are these people?
Should I call them back to see what they want?
