debt consolidation for military

How can my son who is serving our country and about to go to Iraq in a few months get his debts consolidated into one so creditors will stop calling his commanding officer about payment and causing trouble for him. He wants to pay, but military has made several errors in allotments and bills have not gotten paid as deligated.

I would have him register on this site and receive the free debt counseling. They will then call him and advise him on how to consolidate. Or whatever branch of the service he is in should have some type of financial service/counseling on base.
