Because I have no established Credit I searched and found this company that claims that they have found me a list of lenders that WILL lend me up to $30,000 guaranteed but I must Pay them a fee listed in a schedule depending on the requested amount of my application. PCSinc. claims to be an established reputable business but they are impossible to phone or FAX. I have property which is being liquidated but I need the money to close on a home right NOW. I can send you copies of my correspondence with this company. I am sixty years old and am facing deadlines and scared to death.


Welcome Richard,I did some checking and found this info about contacting them at http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/forums/credit-service.html alot of what I read wasn't good. I would be leary of someone wanting money up front before they help me,and then just send a list of people to me. Have you tried local banks or credit unions where you live? I think I would try to borrow from friends or family to do the closing before jumping off in this. You can google them in the box and see what others have said about them. Their is no law that mentions that consumers are supposed to send money upfront before getting the loan from any loan company. If this is a scam, you won't be able to trace the money later. They will ask for more once you have already sent them some amount. Needless to say, you will never find the loan amount in your account. And your checking account info will be already exposed to unidentified places.
