When i cancelled with them it i kept a copy for myself and sent one to the ftc and everyone that i filed a complaint with,also they sent me an email because i was so mad that stated that i appeared to be upset in my email over the 250 cancellation fee but since they did not settle any of my accounts that the 250 did not apply to me but they still kept the first payment that i sent to them which was more than the 250 so i guess i lost in that deal like the credit thing i lost toooooooooooooo.

Jerry , believe me i went through everything that you are going through, months as a matter of fact so i was just letting everyone know that they sometimes put on the cancellation letter that the 250 cancellation fee will be held, just letting everyone know that if they didn't settle any debts for you the cancellation fee is not suppose to be included, yeah i know what if feels like. I have been through it all, i have tried to help those that are new if i can in any way to get theirs back. It is a hard thing to go through that i will never forget or recover from, i won't trust another company ever. This has been a nightmare for me and all the others on here also.

I also cried many days and nights over the finacial burdens they caused to me. The long wait, and the heartache they caused. Even though I have received my money I will also never forget all they have put me through and will continue to do whatever I can to help stop them.

1st-I am not RMP, but an employee, so please get your facts straight. I am the corporate secretary. Stop listening to gossip.
2nd- You have no right to throw out empty threats against companies that are not related to RMP It will be thrown out if you do. (I think she is talking about Chrome Lotus Wheels). I let het know that a lawsuit will be filed against her, RMP, and C.L.W.. I just replied to her emails, so i'll let y'all know what she says again. I've asked her for all the phone, and fax numbers...

Hello folks. Hyla has emaild me twice again tonight!! Here is what she says this time around:
1st- I see your refund amount is $12,500.00 (so she does have access to my account! But she needs to add in the set of fee and retainer fees of $1,299.00)
2nd- The refund of $12,500.00 cannot be issued prior to 5/26/06..
I have replied to both of the emails. Hopefully she will answer them again and i'll update y'all tomorrow evening. Goodluck everyone!

I have been bogged down by the flurry of refunds, and most of them from people reading this blog. First of all, I want to state that EVERYONE will be refunded, and I apologize for the delay. I have been busy calling and responding to emails, but IF YOU ARE TRYING TO COLLECT YOUR FUNDS, PLEASE EMAIL ME! I see tons of posts, but I need to know who you are to refund you. Half of you have NOT emailed hyla (@) riskmp.com. If you need to reach me, please call me I do have a number, and it works. Please stop all of this madness, and conatct me so I can see that your check is mailed to you.

Hyla, I see you are reading this forum so here's my two cents. I was one of the lucky ones to get a refund only because my ex wouldn't allow you to defraud us. But because you and your company failed to live up to it's obligations I still had humongous debt to deal with. Accounts that started low increased tremendously and my credit rating will NEVER be the same. I'll never be able to regain any type of decent credit status. I can't buy a car or appliance or a house or anything. I don't know how I can reestablish my credit rating. Your actions or should I say lack of action has ruined my life and you continue to use other unscrupulous means to take advantage of other people.

I asked you for months, talked nice to you and waited when you told me i would get the refund, it still came a lot later than you said i would get it, my opinion you should still have to give back the fees you held and the cost that we all paid to get out of the mess we were put in over the untruth that came from mmg/rmp.So when you sell the house that everyone is talking about send us restitution for what you did to us and oh yeah make sure you pay all the ones that you owe that you haven't paid first and if anything is left send us our restitution and fees that you held. That is what a decent company would do and if the ftc takes over it may happen anyway.

How are we supposed to get a hold of you when none of your phone numbers or fax numbers are working? How can you run a business like that? I've tried emailing you (like you just told us to do!) over a dozen times and I've gotten only ONE response from you in the last month. I've waited over 6 weeks for my refund and I feel like no progress has been made. I've spoken to all my creditors and explained my situation to them. What's the holdup? IF our $ is in a settlment account of our own in a legal bank then why is this taking so long? Don't you realize that we all have lives, families and futures that depend on this money that we trusted you with? Please please please respond back to us! I'm losing my patience...
