I'm trying to find the mailing address for cash2day4u as well . I have called several times but they are not helpful. Please assist.

Dear Cash2day4u.......I have made 5 payments of $59.00 to you on a $200.00 loan. I do realize that the full payment back is $259.00. Therefore, I am requesting a refund back into my checking account for $37.00 immediately. Please do not send me anymore "reminders for payment " since this is annoying. Please forward your request to the mailing address of Cash Today given above. This company is not affiliated with Cash Today. You are in a page where the consumers are posting their feedback regarding Cash Today.

Talk to your bank also regarding this matter. They will place each of these debits in dispute with the company. If the company fails to give the verification of the dispute, you are likely to get your money back in your checking account.

Welcome to the forums.

Please request your bank to block the ID code of Cash Today. If this code is blocked, they won't be able to debit money from your account even by using different names.

Your bank can place a dispute with the company over each of the debits. If the company is unable to resolve them, you should file a case and get your money back.

does anyone know the id number for this company? my bank can't locate it in order to stop the debits, so i may be forced to close my aacount!!

shelleyph, the banks have an ID code for each company that debits money from the consumers' accounts. Talk to your bank once again and block Cash Today from taking out money from your account. If they don't sound helpful, it will be wise to close your checking account and open a new one. Many other people have been successful in this action and blocked the company from making further debits. You need to talk with your bank regarding this matter.

Tomeka, lots of horror stories have been posted in this forum about Cash Today. In fact, the whole payday loan industry is very fishy. If you need a loan, try a local bank or a legitimate lender in your area.

These people are a rip off, even after you have paid your loan in full; they sometimes still withdraw from your account. I assume they think that most people will not pay attention to these things. However, those of us that do will not let them get away with this. By all means, people please dispute any and all unauthorize transactions on your account made by this company. They try and make it difficult for you to contact them, since their website doesn't have their address, phone/fax for contact.

i have been dealing with this company forever and they now have turned over my "so-called debt" to united leagal, equally as bad. they call at work, my mother, and refuse to send anything in writing. what should i do?

Can anyone tell me what is the consequences for closing my bank acct so that this company cannot receive any more blood money from me. They only allow me to pay off the entire loan or pay on the renewal fee. They will not let me pay extra towards to principle to decrease the loan. Can they do this? I have also found out that this company is based in the UK. They are taking advantage of people in desperate situations. :oops:

You might just have to close your checking account and default, since it will never end otberwise. These people are the craziest of the craziest and the lowest of the low and will drive you crazy with their phone calls, just to warn you...

thats what i exspected ..the crazy thing is i work for the bank i should have never recived a cash advance from them

what i would do is call your bank and put a stop payment on chk ...the banking associate told me that i had it come through a few diffrent ways so she stoped payment on chk so they would'nt be able to withdraw from my acc any longer so i will prob will start recieving calls shortly from them ...

cash2day4u does everything over the phone. There were no signed documents. If you are having problems with this company make sure you file complaints with your state and also the NV. I know they were taken to court because their license expired but they were fighting the court.
