Can anyone tell me who is northway debit?

Hi Kristi

They are also known as Cash Transfer Centers. They are all AKA of Sonic Payday. Be careful with them. They debit the accounts without any legitimate reasons. Monitor your bank account closely.

You will get loads of information on Sonic in this forum. At present, Sonic is within the tight legal clutches and they are marking the consumer accounts to a zero balance. Make sure that you put a valid dispute with the help of your bank.

You can also report their actions to the consumer protection office in your area as well as the BBB and the FTC

Thanks for the info. Saw my account credited and debited with this company info. My bank couldn't get any info. However, I filed a dispute and closed my account.

Can anyone tell me who Northway Debit is? I took requested a $300.00 pay loan in October and the Northway Debit is the company in which took the money out of my account. Being that I do not always check my online account as often as I should, I just recently realized the that two different agencies were debiting money from account due to a referral from this company. This caused my account to go into overdraft.

I am very upset because noone can seem to tell me who this company is.

I need HELP!!!

Hi greekluv

In my opinion you should immediately contact your bank and tell them that there has been some kind of fraudulent activities within your account. Notify them that you are planning to file a dispute, and as per the Federal Regulation they have to assist you.

Take care
