B of A recently reported me to Chex Systems due to a deposited check that did not clear from an active account? B of A closed my account before trying to put the check through again (check would have cleared a day later-direct deposit in effect) I need this fixed, I should have not been reported to Chex Systems for this. Do I need a lawyer?
