Seriously Maryland is one of the worst damn states, because Chex is everywhere you want to be (and have no chance at) haha..

Sullivana, Check system is an agency that banks report you to if your account is "closed with cause". Overdrawn, fraud, or any other reason your bank closes your account , other that your request.
If reported you remain on chex for 5 years and it is very hard to open another account else where. MCA our banking expert has a state by state list of non chex system banks if the need arises.
