Here is some updated contact information for mycashnow.com if you need it. They haven't been answering my e-mails so I called the number listed on their website and they referred me to Credit Protection Depot. They said they did not have access to e-mail there. What a bunch of BS! So, I left a voice mail on the other phone number. I wonder if they will get back to me. :roll: Tomorrow, they will also be getting a fax from me.

I dealt with Credit Depot. They are the ones that closed my acct PIF. I offered NOT to report them if I got a refund. No refund so I reported and wow it snowballed..

I think trying to get a refund out of this company is like pulling teeth. I'm going to keep after them though. I faxed them a nasty gram today.

Well, I have proof that the fax went through. I sent it in the mail a few weeks ago. I have proof of that as well. I've also sent e-mails that they have ignored. I also sent another complaint into my AG and DIF with the updated information.

Have you done your phone interview with the AG yet? I had filed a different complaint against mycashnow with the BBB in Washington. I guess they handle the complaints through Canada but mycashnow never responded. Big surprise, huh? :roll:

my cash now did not respond to the BBB inquiries, the BBB tried for 2 months and no response and the case was closed. I am still waiting to hear how my AG's office does. How does this company get away with this? They are not registered with the BBB so it is closed. MYC (Depot) closed my account thank god, but still no refund no response.

I am back.. First week at work (new Job) was hell.. :D I did get a call I guess I got it wrong they have nt filed the papers to stop them from doing biz in CA.. guess it is old age also I MAY only MAY have a chance of getting money and have not heard back.. but the atty I spoke to does read this site.. so I am going to back off this subject not sure if she was happy that I posted.. . I was on vacation for a week and but she called to say someone would call me but nothing.. thats ok cant even think of taking a day off the new job for a while...

I have been after them for a year and a half. Keep up the good fight because they owe me a large amount as well. They turned me over to a CA in December who threatened me with all kinds of false statements. Two months later I received a PIF letter from them. This was after I had filed a second round of complaints against them. I'm going to file complaints with some different agencies that were brought to my attention this weekend.

I also am fighting MCN...I am off work tomorrow and planning to fax and mail letters to them demanding they PIF my account and refund my overage. I also am calling the AG here in Indiana and the finance dept too....

I personally have been after this company for about a year and a half. They owe me a huge refund and I am not going to rest until I get it. These people need to be brought down they are as bad as MTE Financial. KYSIDE38

Do not settle! I think your bones know what's really going on and they are telling you GO FOR IT ALL! These people are crooks!

I think we should do this in every state. Payday loans do not help anyone except the payday loan company! It's a business that totally needs to be shut down!

The US Government has realized how terrible PDL's are. Unfortunately, they have limited their outreach to members and families of our armed forces. There were laws put in place that govern how PDL's treat service members & families. We need these laws passed across the board. Period.
