I got a voicemail message from ics and i could have sworn that the person was walking outside and calling me from another cellphone. And they didnt have a foreign accent they sounded like an american. Has anyone else had this experience?

They have been highly talked about their unregulated business activities. I have dealt with them sometime back without much issue. But that was all in the past.
