What about Mann Bracken ?

Has any one worked with Mann Bracken. I found out last night that I am being sued for a HSBC credit card account that is 60 days past due by them. the sad thing is that it is include on the debt mangament program that I just started this month. HSBC turned downed the proposed payment and turned me over to them. I did not even get a chance to give a another offer of a payment before they did this. Also while I was getting ready to start the program I was making payments they where small but they where payments. I can't beleive this. I am so scared and stressed I have not sleeped. I have post 3 or 4 times this morning already about this account. Please help! Thanks

I could be wrong, but I thought Mann Bracken are merely a collection agency within a law firm?

How do you know you're being sued? Have you received any court documents?
