Pallisades Collection are so annoying

Palisades are so annoying. I found in item on my credit report, which doesn't belong to me. I tried to contact them in writing but they never responded. Legally if they don't respond to you, the item should be taken off from the report. But they are so annyoing they don't do anything.

Dispute the item with the credit bureau. They will investigate on it with Palisades and get a response about their reporting done in your credit file. If Palisades doesn't respond, your dispute will be considered correct and the bureau will remove the item from your file.
