I just called mycashnow and said I got a new job and changed my info. Gave them a business name that we used to have and our old residential address and my cell phone as the "work number". I checked the site 5 minutes after and now it is "updated" and sure enough she updated it. I also told her one of my references moved to california and gave her my husbands cell phone as the other reference.
My question is, do you think the old information is really erased???? I will get fired if they call my work continually and I hope this worked.

Well the first loan I ever took out with them was for 900, i paid it back in full plus 600 of interest. So 1500 total. This loan is for 1000 and I have paid back 200 towards principal and 200 interest. Should I tell them according to mn law, they owe me a refund and to mark the current loan PIF? Or should I tell them in writing? What kind of letter would I write?

Good Luck with a refund. This is one of the companies that owes me major money in overpayments. I am still after them. KYSIDE38

Not trying to scare you, but at my old job, all phone numbers were visible. There were 3 major portions to each account:
Personal Info (current contact information)
Notes (mostly conversations, but old, updated info was auto-inserted into the notes, as a just in case measure)
Debt Info
Good luck.. they also owe me in refunds.. Never expect to see it
