Bass Victims Florida Ag Investigation

Let me know how I can help... I'll type up my story this week and shoot it to them...I'm tired of how they victimize consumers.

That's great, Mishele. And everyone who has had the misfortune of dealing with them needs to do the same. The more emails they get, the greater chance they will do something.

I sent 4 emails to 4 diffferent staff at the paper last night.

It is just a threat...it is actually illegal for them to threaten you with that!

you are not going to go to jail........it's a scare tactic to get you to pay them.

It is funny watching you guys try to piece all of this together. Just so you know, the closer you guys think you are getting, the farther away you actually are. It is obvious that you all are desperately grasping at anything you can. Just something for you to chew on. You guys take care now.

Truth is so funny.Bass has so many people coming after them right now,it is starting to look like the OK corral down there in Florida. You can continue to post,but long as I am here,my best will be done to ensure Bass gets nothing paid by anyone due to their illegal collection methods.

I am with Cajun on this. I don't care if people owe money, I will continue to oppose them paying Bassholes a dime, even if they validate it, which they don't have the means to do. Even their own employees are ignorant to the laws in which they don't abide by. I can't wait until Bass goes down in flames, and when they attempt to surface as another company name, they get stomped deeper into their pile of cow dung.

It's amazing to see what desparate people will do when they are pushed against a wall. Sooner or later, everyone gets theirs, and that day is coming for Bass!

It is illegal for them to threaten to have you jailed. Send a partial cease communications letter (return reciept) stating that you'll only communicate in writing.

Obviously this site intimidates them, or they wouldn't be here trying to infiltrate the site and posting outright lies about their company in an attempt to make themselves look better than the posts made by their outraged victims.

Definately. And over on another thread, there's a guest calling himself David Jacobs! If that's really true and it is, that's even funnier that the owner of the company is that scared by this website! It must be getting to them!

What can I do if I my relative paid these so called Jackson Phillips Inc. with her credit card because they threatened to arrest me because I have a record?

Jacqueline, you need not worry, these arrest threats are illegal. This collection company are crooks and sre being investigated by many agencies for threatening people. Come to my site and get the appropriate letter to send them: A Cease and Desist Letter.

No, they are not licensed for any state other than Florida. Do not deal with them. Send them a Cease and Desist letter, via certified mail. You can get all free sample letters at my site.

That's the way to do it, Princess! Also, go to Cajun's thread in the Pub re Bass and email the reporter from the Jacksonville, Fla paper. The more stories we can get to him, the better.

You guys are all right, Bass & Ass's have reached out as far as California with their threats to have young adults run though the courts and arrested. Even going so far as to call their parents "Deadbeats".

You can bet the Kimberly Davidson @ Bass that I spoke to hopes she never gets to meet one of those pissed off parents.

bassholes has been calling my boss leaving messages on her voicemail telling her how i am in serious legal trouble, one lady messed up and started to say this and i quote" she is going to be arres...i appologize she is in serious legal trouble" hahaha stupid lady

dmana, you'll have to make them aware that they are being recorded under California law. Send your complaints to the AG. Founder, Crosby, is now in jail for possession of a firearm by a felon. That shows what sort of company they really are.

Anthony is right. Tell your boss you need the recordings as evidence in a complaint you plan on filing with the court. That's very good evidence, and the more recordings, the better.

If you have the recording, please share it with me and the reporter, David, who worte the article in the Jacksonville-Times Union, this will be sent to the Attorney Generals and also, the lying Mr. Jacobs will be confronted, unexpectedly.

What did they call her on? Was it a PDL??? Wow, that means their poor little collectors have to work late in Florida to call us after work, lol...And they'll have to get a new lie for us, because in California, you CAN'T be arrested for a PDL default! Maybe the person who called your friend flunked her Calif law test and let slip with the arrest word, lol...
