This company keeps calling my home number, and the person they are looking for does not live at my number, nor do I know them. I have requested them to remove my number from their list and they have not done so. Can I sue them for harressment ?

Send the letter through certified mail with return receipt requested. This will leave a proof of your actions in stopping the calls.
