Send the proof you have to the credit bureaus when you dispute the debt. Also include proof that allied interstate refuses validation. Also, file a complaint against them with the Consumer Affairs division in your state and theirs.

Keep all your proof in hand and write a dispute letter to Allied Interstate. They are collecting on an account that is already paid by you and not following on the debt validation request. Send your letter to prove your part of the actions. Remember, you have to do all communication in writing so that you can show your defense in case they take you to the court.
