It's good you're trying to take care of this now while it is still with the OC and not in collections. My advice is to call all of your creditors and explain your situation. Depending on how far past due the accounts are, they will be more willing to work with you. If you don't get the answer you want to hear with the first call, then keep climbing the ladder until you find someone in the organization that can help you. Start by asking if they have a hardship department first. Let them know when you can pay and how much. Don't commit to a plan you don't think you can follow thru with however. Keep the roof over your head and food on the table, gas in the car...etc, then determine what you can afford. Just remember that you always need to keep them in the loop. I'd call tehm every week and keep them aprised of your situation. Good luck and let us know if you need any more assistance.

I too tried to deal with them and they wanted me to go through Nova debt counseling which is their company. They were the ONLY company that would not help me out whatsoever.
