Hello, I just got off the phone w/Bank of America, and they are charging off my business credit card of $12k (I used to own a company, but due to economic reasons, went out of business over 6 months ago). They told me they are turning over my account to their attorneys, as they don't use collection agencies. Do you know what the next step will be? What should I expect?

I have always preferred to deal with the creditors directly. Handing over an account to a collection agency means added harassment from them. If you are not able to payoff the debt then you can think about opting for a debt solution such as debt consolidation loan, debt consolidation loan or debt settlement.
