Capital One...getting sued

summons
Hello,
I also received a summons to appear in court because I fell behind in my payments to Capital One. I lost my job and could not make payments. When I told Capital One the reason I couldn't pay (no job), their response was to tack on more charges. Originally, I owed around 900.00 dollars. It is now 2400.00 due to all the charges they have assessed. Is their anyone out there willing to represent us defendants in court against these credit card companies? I barely make ends meet now. How can Capital One get away with this?
