Some other things I have lea5rned the hard way that anyone may want to check on the first thing is that pratically ALL states require any legal entity to obtaim a cirtificate of authority before maintaining a proceeding in any court in that particular. You may want to check with the Secatery of state to see. My research indicates that npne of the Sherman entities have a cirtificate therefore it appears that any judgment they received without that cirtificate would be a unlawful judgment but I am not a lawyer so I can not give legal advice or I would be praticing law without a liscense. I can however share my research with anyone that asks so if you live in South Carolina and are willing to do something about this situation get in touch. AZlso in South Carolina there is a law S.C code 37-3-406 titled assumption of rights I sugest anyone in S.C. look it up and read it you may find it interesting. My goal in life at this time is to inflict as much legal pain and suffering on LVNV Funding LLC and Sherman.
