Can you help me with an account sent to collections?

If your debt is already at collections I am not sure if you can bargain with them or not on payments. I think it is too late.

Sure can. What state do you live in? When was the last time you paid on th eaccount? Havre you pulled your free crdit reports from www.annualcreditreport.com ?

can they take a % from your pay check?

hello,,,i have court in a couple of weeks, if i dont show up can they take a % of my paycheck...

If you do not respond to the summons or show up in court they will get a default judgement against you. Then depending on what state you are in they could garnish your wages up to 25%.
