Hi!
Welcome to the forums!
You should send a written request to the Hanna to validate the debt. If they are not able to provide you with proper validation, then send a cease and desist letter to them. If they can validate the debt, then make a payment arrangement plan with them and pay off the debt. Try to settle the debts on your own. Go through the following page to know about the steps to settle the debts on your own: http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/steps.html

You should definitely take it seriously if it came directly from Chase. It looks like it is currently back with Chase since they directed you to make payments to them. Talk with them, they have programs and such for hardship cases. At the very least you should be able to work something out with them.
If for some reason they refuse to work with you, then keep sending them payment arrangement offers in writing, cmrr and keep sending in whatever payments you can. This is so if they do sue you, you can show the judge you made every effort to work with them and even send in money to pay the debt down.
Keep in mind this way keeps the SOL fresh on the account and they can sue you, but if you just ignore it they will likely sue as well. There are various strategies for getting out from under credit card debt depending on how the accounts are, from accounts only a month late to those charged off....you would need to research those if that is the rout you wish to go.
