If internet PDL's are illegal in my state. Is there any grounds for the Collection Agency to try and sue since the initial debt is illegal?
What is the statute of limitations in the state of KY?

a couple of questions if you will.

who is the ipdl?
how much was borrowed?
how much was debited total?

please provide the info requested.i will advise from there.

There were 13 PDL's all internet based. I reside in KY.

Ace Cash Services - Loan Amount $300 - Paid $0
Integrity Advance - Loan Amount $300 - Paid $90
My Cash Now - Loan Amount $1130 - Paid $0
Eastside Lenders - Loan Amount $300 - Paid $0
Greenpicket - Loan Amount $300 - Paid $0
Greenlight - Loan Amount $200 - Paid $0
United Cash Loans - Loan Amount $350 - Paid $0

The above loans were taken out between 6-29-09 and 7-14-09 in an attempt to try and pay the interest on other existing PDL's - this is when the picture became very bleak and I decided that I had to do something.

Star Advance - Loan Amount $350.00 - Paid $218.05
Pay Day Services - Loan Amount $825 - Paid $760
Pay Day One - Loan Amount $900 - Paid $428.66
Think Cash - Loan Amount $900 - Paid $735.68
500 Fast Cash - Loan Amount $400 - Paid $240.00
Payday-Loan-Yes - Loan Amount 350.00 - Paid $105

DFI states that effective 7-1-09 in KY internet loans no longer require principle even be paid back - just found this out.

I am willing to work something out with these places, but my personal bills have become so far behind, that catching them up must be a priority and that process is probably going to take between 45 and 60 days.

go to the top sticky on the payday loan help forum.it guides you in dealing with illegal lenders.you have a full plate.i have had some of these myself.follow the sticky and you will be out of this mess sooner than you think.btw a CA can't take criminal action.debts are civil matters, but since none are legal i doubt they will take that course.that doesn't mean they won't threaten it.

So am I correct in thinking that all of these lenders are PDL's and none are installments? I had received some feed back on Pay Day One and Think Cash that they maybe installment lenders. Maybe I don't understand the difference?
Thank you so much for your guidance.

i skimmed past those.yes you will have to contact them and work some kind of payment plan.explain the situation.the others are illegal and should be dealt with as such.
