I have a question about arbitration and enforcement of the award. Back in July of 2008 I received notification from Mann Bracken on behalf of arrow financial services that they were taking me to arbitration over a old HSBC credit card back in 2004. We both filed our responses to the National Arbitration Forum and need less to say Arrow Financial Services/Mann Bracken wins in the amount of $3,000.00 (original amount 2,700). A couple of days later I receive a letter from a company called RedLine Recovery services offering a settlement of $1,500 dollars for the referenced debt to Arrow Financial Services. I would be able to pay the debt but I just want to be sure that if I pay the $1,500 settlement they won't try to come back for the rest. Any suggestion on what I should do would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
